Well its certainly been the longest interval between posts and for that we apologize. Its been a wonderful few months, enjoying Lawson turning 3 years old and spending time with friends and family. David, Rachel, Ben and Caleb came to visit us in San Francisco and we had the first of Lawson's many birthday parties at the Discovery Bay Museum. Lawson and Ben were two peas in a pod, searching for treasure all over the grounds. The party was a blast and the kids enjoyed face painting, the "bead putty," arts and crafts, and a delicious cake (although Lawson said he would prefer chocolate next year). The entire weekend was filled with fun adventures for the all the boys, with some time on our sailboat and fun slumber parties. It was great to have everyone and look forward to our next visit together! Lawson continued his birthday festivities the following Friday with a party at our house with all of the kids that Ana spends time with during the weekdays. No party would be complete without a Dora pinata and they attacked it just in time for Cindy's (Granna's) arrival. Fortunately, she was able to lend a hand because it was a tough pinata to crack! We spent the weekend with Granna feasting on delicious sugar cookies and finally got to the 28th, Lawson's actual birthday. We were partied out by that time, but enjoyed a yummy chinese dinner and family time. Now that he is 3 years old, we are two months away from the arrival of Lawson's baby brother! We bought a new car large enough for our growing family - we are slowing down, staying local, and enjoying weekends in and around San Francisco. Love to everyone and enjoy the upcoming Spring season!!
